Note: In all cases there will need to be modifications made to these Agreements to be suitable for YOUR transaction. Yellow-highlighted areas in the agreements need to be filled in (names, dates, etc.), and specific terms such as Purchase Price and how the purchase price is being paid, are "deal specific" and need to be modified from the sample data before signing any agreement.
