Each of these "No Charge" documents are free to use as you wish and can be downloaded directly by clicking on the link above. Some are modifiable Word documents in "docx" format, others are PDF documents. 

Access to Purchased Documents

To download your the documents you purchased you will need the password that was emailed to you by Dr. Steinberg shortly after you completed your purchase. Each group of documents has its own access password. Once you enter the password you will have a screen that lists the documents you purchased. Click on the documents and SAVE them to your computer.

Consistent with the expectation of your professional integrity, please do not share your password or the documents you have purchased with others. Passwords will be reset regularly so if you need access at a later time you may have to email Dr. Steinberg to obtain a new password.
